When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

Helmet policy;

Due to health and safety issues, once a helmet has left our premises it is considered to be second hand. A returned helmet can not be sold again by us on a as new basis, as we are unable to verify it's condition to a future buyer. We therefore reserve the right to refuse returns on helmets purchased either by mail order or in the shop.

Please ensure that you are happy with all details of the helmet, including fit, size, style and colour before making your purchase.

Note: Bikers.uk.com cannot generate refunds for items purchased from third-party sellers. Only your seller can generate a refund. If you have any difficulties in obtaining a refund from your third party seller please inform us of your refund and we will assist in contacting the seller.
