Postage and delivery
We currently only accept on line orders with an UK main land delivery address. If you live outside this area please call for postage costs.
Your goods will be sent through the royal mail, the cost is calculated by the weight as follows

The parcel will be sent the next working day after receiving your order.
Our Refunds Policy
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods are faulty or an error was made on our part we will return the corrected goods at our expense.
If you are returning the goods and there was no error on our part we will not refund the postage either way.
We do not have a free returns service. Please return the goods via the post office, we recommend that you get proof of posting.
7 day cool off period
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after receiving your goods. We will refund your money using the same method of payment as you used to make the purchase. Please phone or e-mail to advise us if you are returning anything.

Biker’s ltd does not disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and entered your address details.

Providing you with the safest way to purchase is our up most concern. Therefore we would like to reassure you that all details given to us are held in a secure server that is encrypted.
If you have a complaint about a product or service please contact us. Once your complaint has been received we will deal with it within 48 hours. If there are any delays you will be notified either by phone post or e-mail.
